The fabric is 'kala' cotton which is organic cotton grown in Kutch region of India.The fabric is sustainable -

  1. because these plants are rain fed.
  2. the plants are not fertilizer or pesticides treated as the saline soil and the climate of the rgion is a ntural deterrent for the pests.
  3. handspun yarn produces natural loft and air-trapping capacity, delivering breathability in heat and warmth in cooler conditions
